Choosing your buttons

  1. Click on the menu on the left to find the type of buttons you like.
  2. Click on an item to find more details.
  3. The default quantity to purchase is 1. If you wish to buy more than 1, change the number in the QTY box.
  4. Click on ADD TO CART.
  5. Many of the buttons are in single or very small quantities. If you have tried to buy more than are available, you will see the message:

Your quantity exceeds stock on hand. The maximum quantity that can be added is …

Click OK and change the number in the QTY box to the number available.

  1. At the bottom of the Shopping Cart page, click on
  2. CONTINUE SHOPPING.

 

OR

Amend your shopping cart

Click the box to the right of any item you wish to remove, and click UPDATE CART at the bottom of the list.

 

Proceeding to checkout

  1. If you are happy that your order is complete, you should read the terms and then tick the box beside “I agree with the terms of service”
  2. At the bottom of the Shopping Cart page, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  3. Shipping Address:  choose the option –

Register as New customer,

bring up your details as a Returning customer,

or just go in as a Guest. 

  1. Fill in all the fields of your address, using the drop down list of State or County in the USA or UK.  If you get the message that we do not ship to your country - please use the contact form to let us know.  We should then be able to add your country to the distribution list.
  2. Select shipping method (sometimes there is a choice for small overseas orders; sometimes there is only one method available).  Click CONTINUE
  3. Billing address:  click SAME AS SHIPPING ADDRESS unless you wish to have an invoice addressed to a different place.
  4. Payment method: Click the circle beside the PayPal and Visa logos.  Click CONTINUE at the bottom the page.

Amending your order

If you wish to amend your order, click Edit Your Cart (bottom left), which takes you back to the shopping cart page.

Paying for your order

If you are happy with the order, click PAY NOW.  This takes you to your PayPal login screen to enable you to pay.  At busy times this may take a few moments so please be patient

When your order is complete, you will receive an automated confirmation from the website and money will leave your PayPal account.  If both of these things did not happen then the order was not placed.  If you try again to place the order, you may find many items now out of stock … because they are currently waiting in your shopping trolley. Please use the contact form and we will be happy to send a PayPal invoice to enable you to complete the order.
