Please note that from 2 April 2024 some Royal Mail prices have increased. We have tried to keep shipping rises to a minimum.
Shipping within the UK will now be a choice between 2nd Class or 1st Class.
We have now added an option to choose ORDINARY AIR MAIL (not tracked) for parcels to Canada, Australia, New Zealand. We are still normally only sending parcels to Europe, USA, Japan and the rest of the world using a TRACKED service. There is now also an option to select UNTRACKED service to the USA. This is at your own risk as I have no control after parcel is sent. You know best how secure your local postal service is.
BREXIT - CUSTOMS and VAT:
Customs duty is not payable on orders under $150. However Local VAT is now charged on imported goods into the EU. The VAT will be collected by your local Post Office and they will also charge you an admin fee to do this, which can make your order expensive.
Goods sold through our Etsy shop will be sold under IOSS scheme, so the VAT charge will be added to the purchase price and collected by Etsy. You still pay the VAT but it saves the local Administration Fee.
Our European collectors are valued customers, and we do not want to loose any of you. But please bear these new rules in mind and ensure you are familiar with any additional charges which may be charged locally.
One flat fee per order
We use tissue, bubble wrap, and ribbon, and post your order in a jiffy bag. We sometimes also use cardboard, and/or recycled materials, whatever it takes to ship your buttons worldwide, safely.
Whether your order is large or small, one flat fee per parcel.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Delivery times vary, but as a rough guide:
Within the UK: Usually 1-5 working days. It can take longer. Obviously we have no control over Post Office Services. We have been told the delays may be due to adverse weather conditions, staff shortages due to Covid, backlogs in the system, peak periods, one-day industrial actions. In our experience very very few parcels fail to arrive but please keep in touch and let us know if you have any problems.
To North America: Usually 5-21 days. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail. Occasionally parcels can be held in US Customs for a week or so, for security purposes and this seems to be entirely random.

To Europe: Usually 3-21 days. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail. Delivery is often dependent on the speed of local postal services and obviously beyond our control. In my experience very very few parcels fail to arrive but please keep in touch and let us know if you have any problems.
To Australia/NewZealand: Usually 3-6 weeks. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail. In our experience very very few parcels fail to arrive but please keep in touch and let us know if you have any problems.
Occasionally we go away on short buying trips (or even holidays), in which case there will be a notice on the Home Page. Otherwise, buttons are always posted within 2 days, often the next day, after order is received.
Returns
If for any reason the button(s) you ordered are not what you expected, please let us know within 7 days. We offer a full refund of the purchase price, if the buttons are returned in the same condition, though not the return postage.
