Small Victorian metal buttons, Austrian tiny type. These have a pressed and perforated gilt metal top, laid over a shiny layer underneath, which reflects the light. The four are not exactly the same as the pressed pattern between the triangles differs slightly - but very similar.. Usual domed metal back, painted black, with metal loop shank.
