Antique dress button, tall narrow shape, with single central bar, and chape which turns round it. Probably once had prongs but these are now missing so can be used as a slide. The frame is decorated with round and crescent shaped cut steels which form a pretty scalloped edge. Steels are individually rivetted through the brass base
