Vintage domed flower buttons, painted red background, and molded flowers or seed pods - buffed or left clear to show the cream material beneath. Hollow back and raised pierced rectangle for a shank. Some kind of vintage plastic though probably not celluloid as the shank does not look like a celluloid shank.
