Antique Satsuma ceramic button, hand painted with pink, purple and white flowers, all heavily outlined and highlighted with gold lustre. Even the bit of background showing is covered in gold dots. Gold lustre rim. Plain glazed back with unglazed top to the tunnel shank. Looks darker or lighter depending on how the light catches the gilding.
