Gorgeous vintage blue glazed Ruskin pottery with typical pooling to the glaze and faint white line round the edge (White patches are reflection of light). Flat back, with an applied metal backplate and metal loop shank. Probably started life as a ceramic panel or cabuchon, and the shank has been added later - this is how I found it. You can just make out the words ENGLAND and RUSKIN under the backplate.
