Pretty Art Pottery button, with a domed long spindle shape, and a shiny glaze shading from pale blue to grey-green. Flat back and raised shank also glazed. There is a hairline crack on the front, but I think this is only a crack in the glaze - does not show on the back. No back mark, but a lovely button in the Ruskin style.
