Charming, small antique Satsuma buttons with hand painted image of a brown and blue bird, perched among trees, which have both pink and thick white blossom, all highlighted with gold lustre. There is also a faint sketched line of Mount Fuji in the background. Blue rim with gold lustre spots. Usual glazed back with unglazed top to the shank and small painted red backmark.
