Antique solitaire button with detachable shank which is released by a spring mechanism. The top is a dome of turquoise glazed ceramic (or possibly enamel?), painted with pink roses. Top is in good condition and the back works well but the detachable part may be a replacement as it is a slightly different colour. Very pretty
