Japanese Gin Bari enamelled button, with cloisonne flowers on a pale green foiled background, covered in clear enamel. White metal rim and back, with loop shank. Dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. Slight signs of discolouration near the bottom rim, which tended to happen during the firing of Gin Bari buttons. Despite imperfections, still beautiful and rare buttons. Price is per button - only one remaining, now as the right hand button has been sold.
