Large oval button, decorated with white enamel over-painted with flowers, and surrounded by a border of raised turquoise enamel dots. Brass back with stud type shank. Sadly, three of the turquoise dots are chipped, as shown - but still a beautifully painted example. Probably French, late 19th or early 20th century.
