Antique French buttons, with mother of pearl mounted on gilt metal. The pearl is a flattened cone shape, with incised circles, in a pinky-brown tone. This sits on a gilt metal base with a circle of raised dots round the rim. Two-part construction with separate brass back and loop shank. Backstamped: P & H PARIS. Very nice quality.
