Art Nouveau buttons, portraying one of the four elements - earth, water, fire, and air. This one is inscribed EAU (water) with a female head rising above waves, with seaweed in her hair. Marked with the initials AB for Armand Bargas. One-piece construction in faintly silvered brass, though the silvered finish is mostly rubbed away. Loop shank.
