Vintage/antique small shirt or blouse buttons, made of shimmering mother of pearl, with 4 sewing holes. Still attached to original card and backed by silver foil. Originally card contained 144 buttons, being cut into smaller cards - price is for a card of 36. Nice quality buttons, much nicer than plastic!
