Antique English silver buttons, lovely cast design of flowers and distinctive spikey leaf, on a textured background. Not sure what the flower is! Flat back with loop shank and hallmarked near the edge. Some include the maker’s initials HM, and on some of the buttons these initials are smudged. All have clear assay hallmarks: anchor for Birmingham, lion for sterling silver and date letter “b” or “c” for 1901 or 1902. Price is per button.
