Antique stamped silver button, depicting Mercury - messenger of the Gods with his winged helmet. Hallmarked with maker’s initials WV&S, anchor for Birmingham, and lion for sterling silver. Three have the date letter “d” for 1903, and one has the letter “c” for 1902. Also stamped on the reverse with the registered design number 406728. One-piece construction with good clear image.
