Small peasant silver button, of the type known as a Dutch braamknopen or blackberries. Characteristic coil ring with a granule on top, surrounded by a circle of coil rings with granules. The back is made up of filigree wire loops with figure-of-eight infills. There is a mark on the shank but too small for me to read. This type of button was made over a long period but I think this one has some age to it. Difficult to date exactly.
