Vintage boxed set of mother of pearl dress buttons. The buttons have pearl tops pierced by a tiny red glass paste stone, surrounded by gilt metal rim. Metal backs, and metal loop shanks. Backstamped: GILT. They come in original box, lined in cream silk and velvet, complete with fixing rings. Box and buttons in good vintage condition.
