The top is striped green and purple, surrounded by a circle of longer beads, and the sides and back are covered in tiny green glass beads, with a few clear or white glass beads amongst them. Possibly suffragette buttons with the colours Green, Violet, and White meaning Give Votes to Women. No shank, but you would pick up threads to sew to garment. Price is per button
